What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 150 active compounds called Cannabinoids found in the Cannabis sativa plant, which is also known as hemp. It is a prolific and well-researched cannabinoid that has been shown to have medicinal use in reducing inflammation and pain and in promoting relaxation. It is a natural ingredient that offers mental and physical health benefits.
What is CBG?
Cannabigerol (CBG) is considered a minor cannabinoid and is non-psychotropic. It is a rarer cannabinoid that is growing in popularity.
What are Cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are chemical compounds that interact with receptors in our Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which plays a role in regulating sleep, inflammation, mood, and the body’s state of balance (homeostasis). Our bodies produce cannabinoids called endocannabinoids, and CBD enhances our body's ability to make more of our own endocannabinoids.
Does CBD get you high?
No, there are no psychoactive compounds in our CBD products. Our CBD and CBG is non-psychotropic, meaning that they contain little to no THC. All Here & Now Hemp products are lab tested to ensure that they do not contain above 0.3% THC, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
What is Here & Now Hemp made with?
Here & Now Hemp is made with CBD and CBG distillates, and our formulations are made with plant-based ingredients to support the natural properties of the distillates.
How much CBD should I take?
We recommend starting with 3-4 drops of Blissful Day in the morning and 3-4 drops of Zen Night in the evenings. Wait 15 minutes, then take additional drops until you feel the desired effect. Take the drops sublingually (under your tongue), hold for 30 seconds, then swallow. You can also add the drops to a glass of water, to tea, or other beverages.
Note how you feel to determine how much product works best for you. Pay attention to how your body responds to each dosage so that you can maintain your desired feeling. CBD works best when taken consistently. We recommend taking CBD as part of your daily routine.

Should I consult my doctor?
Per FDA guidelines, Here & Now Hemp’s CBD is not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or ailment. We recommend consulting your doctor before incorporating CBD into your routine, especially if you are taking prescription medications.
