Returns information

We accept unopened items for a full refund or store credit. You have 7 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items.

Please email info@hereandnowhemp.com to initiate a return request. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back using ship services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

 

Refunds

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

For any returned items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.

 

Shipping

We ship Mondays - Fridays and offer UPS Ground or UPS Air shipping. We do not ship on Saturday.
